Fixed my “iTunes MP3 playback is scratchy” problem.

Found this:

1. Quit iTunes
2. Launch QuickTime and open ‘Sound Out’ in QuickTime preference.
3. Change ‘DirectSound’ to ‘waveOut Window’s preferred sound’
4. Quit QuickTime
5. Launch iTunes.
