Law Suit: Marvel vs NCSoft and City of Heroes
Marvel is suing NCSoft because it’s easy to create a Marvel superhero lookalike in City of Heroes. I could understand the argument if COH had premade lookalikes that you could choose, but when the player is able to make so many different costumes(COH’s costume construction system is hugely configurable)…. What if you could draw and paint your own costume from a blank slate. Would COH still be responsible when players made Wolverine lookalikes?

I was really bummed months ago when I learned that Tetsuya Mizuguchi’s Lumines was a PSP exclusive. Reading IGN’s preview of Meteos, though, I discovered that it’s also made by Tetsuya Mizuguchi. Tetsuya Mizuguchi is the creator of Rez.

DS Advert – what does the flashing text say?

This DS ad was running on Comedy Central’s Daily Show site on November 2nd. I noticed something resembling source code flashing by while it was running. I made a transcript. Some of the characters have preceding backslashes that shouldn’t and I didn’t add any indentation(which would make it easier to read). The most interesting chunk is this:
