New Triklits Video

I just uploaded a much better quality video of the Triklits set I bought from www.triklits.com a few weeks ago. First I talk about the programmable nature of the lights, then I talk about the built in animations. For the code I demonstrate in the video, see this post.

I know this sounds really trivial, but please, people. LOCK DOWN the videocameras, OK?

YouTube quality is crappy enough, but with the camera bobbing and weaving all over the place, the video becomes almost impossible to watch.

    Thanks you.

THANK YOU CHRIS!!!! haha seriously horrible how many people can’t/don’t want to spend 20 bux on a crappy tripod or put the cam on a hacky-sack/sock whatever to hold the camera halfway stable!

    Chris, Glenneroo,

Thanks for the advice. I’ll reshoot the video as soon as I can.

John, truly please don’t consider my comments a slam against you.

    Not at all.

Just a cry of frustration about all the videos that would be an order of magnitude better if a tripod, or a clamp or anything that holds the camera steady.

We can’t do anything about YouTube quality, unfortunately.

And I forgot to mention this in my previous comment, thanks for actually hacking the lights and sharing the info!
